Te Aratai – Pathway To The Sea – Linwood College is a year 7-15 secondary school in Christchurch. Southbase Construction recently completed construction work on the site, with help from Angus Interiors.  Angus Interiors installed interior stud framing, gypsum board, and acoustic ceiling tiles.  The project scope included full demolition of all buildings on site, and construction of several new buildings. The new buildings include a Creativity and Innovation Building, a Learning Hub Building, a Gymnasium, and a Multipurpose Hall.

Upsite visited Linwood College in July 2021 to document work in progress.  We made another visit in March 2022 to take aerial photos and aerial video of the finished construction project.

The final product requested by Angus Interiors is in the form of a before and after video of the interior work.  Watch the video below to see the inside of the building transform!
